Who we are

This website is run by Yorkie Wraps. You can contact us about anything in this notice at letstalk@yorkiewraps.co.uk.

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry through this website we receive the details you type into the form: your name, email address, event type, event date, venue or postcode and estimated guest numbers, plus anything optional you choose to add, such as a phone number, company name, preferred serving time, menu interests, dietary requirements and additional details.

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, discuss your event and prepare a quote. The legal basis is the steps you have asked us to take before entering into a booking with you. If you tick the optional box to hear about Yorkie Wraps news and seasonal menus, we will use your email address for that too, on the basis of your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

Where your enquiry goes

The form sends your enquiry by email to letstalk@yorkiewraps.co.uk and sends you a short acknowledgement. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, except the providers that host this website and our email, who process it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any booking that follows, and for our records for a reasonable time afterwards. Ask us if you would like them deleted sooner.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics. See our cookies page for the detail, including the fonts loaded from Google.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email letstalk@yorkiewraps.co.uk and we will respond. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
